As part of our service agreements, we request you name a Service Governance Contact on behalf of your institution. The role of this person includes:

  • Acting as a primary liaison / contact person on behalf of your institution for anything related to the service Subscription.

  • Rpproving allocation requests for projects from your institution.

  • Receiving and reviewing the Subscriber Monthly Usage Reports.
